We received our Ladybug Letter from GWCA today! Our LID is February 5! Hooray! Now we can officially start counting down the months until we travel to China! We've already met two families with the same LID. We will more than likely be traveling with them to bring home our children! My guess is fall of next year. We shall see! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARK!
Happy 30th Birthday Little Brother! This is the cake I made for the celebration. He loves his Grain Belt! The inside is a layered cake flavored with lemon and raspberry jello, alternately, to keep with the gold and red theme. The labels are made out of fondant. (Not very tasty.) I used butter cream for the base frosting and the piping. I think it turned out well. He was pretty surprised!
